Comment : Great communication and very nice staff. The only reason I docked one star is because they returned the car to me with 20 something miles, barely enough for me to get home. It would be nice if they charged the car even partially - at the very least, to restore it to the number of miles it was dropped off with, especially when a lot of money is being spent on the service.

Comment : This is a busy service and they do a good job of setting expectations. They are professional and communicative. The waiting areas are clean, comfortable and well stocked with snacks and refreshments. It's easy to see why so many owners bring their cars here.

Comment : The staff were very nice, and the service manager approved a rental car for me. But communication was very poor. Their AI message system prevented me from reaching anyone. They also didn't fix the problem, and the vehicle is back in the shop.

Comment : The service is good but it takes so long. The safety update takes about an hour according to the letter I received from Hyundai. But I had to wait over 3 hours for mine to be done.

Comment : Service was good (5 stars). Only criticism would be to understand better wait times. A "simple" appointment (oil change) shouldn't last more than 4 hours. It should last more than 1 hour. Better estimate or update to the appointment would be better received.
