Comment : I have been going to Somersworth Nissan for over 30 years now. My most recent visit has been like all of my experiences, fantastic. I called their service department yesterday with a very strange issue on my truck and they had me bring it right over and got it right in for diagnostics. They even took it a step further given our relationship and gave me a loaner free of charge so I wasn’t stranded. Going to Somersworth Nissan very much feels like I’m dealing with my friends and not just another business. That kind of service for me is what has made me a decades long customer. My advice is for formal relationship with them and they will not let you down.

Comment : Do NOT purchase from here, we drove 2 hours to view a car that the website said was $7.9k when we got there we were told that was the price with a $500 incentive if you finace through nissan the website doesnt clearly state that at all there's a small disclaimer at the bottom that says the price includes incentives but does not say the price of the incentive. Second of all we were told the deposit hold was only $100 when we called to place it, it was $250. Back to at the dealership everything about it was very very shady there was a sticker on the car that said "state inspection approved" it was intact not inspected and needed "thousands of dollars of work" according to their words. Kyle was rude and incompetent if your trying to sell a car dont you think you would be offering to the customer and outgoing? Kyle was the exact opposite. We were told we could put the car on a lift to see the underbody as a mechanic came with us, after a while they stalled tried to distract us from it and eventually wouldnt let us get the car on the lift very very shady. Do NOT go here. Every other dealership ive been to has had straight up REAL prices listed on their website. Kyle also tried to get us to sign the purchase papers BEFORE we even got the monthly finace rates, if we signed that paper we would not have gotten that REFUNDABLE deposit back.

UPDATE**** after a phone call with the manager/owner who was very understanding and polite I can update my review he got everything sorted out and greatly helped us with financing payments the only reason I cannot rate higher is due to the bad salesmanship of some of the salemens who i mentioned in my initial review so if you are looking to get straight forward answers and financing talk to the owner/manager he is very understanding and professional.

Comment : DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!

I brought my Nissan Altima in on the morning of Thrusday 8/14 because the battery terminal bolts had been corroded through. Aside from that, the car ran fine. 3 hours later, it was dealt with and I was on my way.

But then just 2 days (on Saturday, 8/16 - only about 100 miles later) my check engine light just so happened to turn on out of nowhere.....

Perhaps its just a very wild coincidence, but a check engine light turning on after just 100 miles after leaving a mechanic definitely does not sit right with me.

I am not convinced that they did not 'mess with' my car in hopes I would return for more servicing. Somersworth Nissan - I will never go to you again for servicing. I will never buy another piece of crap Nissan - because of the piece of crap transmissions.

I encourage everybody to explore other auto mechanics - as the service at Somersworth Nissan seems Predatory. Do not go here for service. Do not buy Nissans. The transmissions are designed to fail as a way to make Nissan more money. If you have a Nissan, do not bring it to Somersworth Nissan. You might go in with one issue, only to find your car magically has other (more expensive) issues not too long later.

Comment : Very disturbed how a dealership could sell a car with a leaking transmissionto my teenager. They said it was not an issue and they wanted to charge me 300 to fix it? Based on my conversation with the NH attorney general New Hampshire dealer law RSA 358 F states this us illegal! Thank God they are on our side as my teenager is headed to college in 2 days and tjis dealership did absolutely nothing to help. I. Very disappointed i this. Could have at least fixed it. 0 stars.
