Comment : Have had my vehicle since wed,which is cool they were very nice about letting it be there until the appt to look at it at 8 am today. It is 2pm which is six hours after I called the first time and still no updates,and not even knowing if for sure they are looking at it yet or not.

Comment : They listen to you and make you feel like fam. Brought my son s car home from Syracuse because we were getting the runaround up there. Snappys sorted it all out for the 3rd of the cost and made sure he was able to get back to Cuse on time. Felt they all genuinely cared about us and our needs.Thank you.
