It never is.All I asked was to park my bike to the side while waiting for my inspection so I’m not just sitting on it for a whole hour. One guy said sure. Another immediately decided I was jumping the line. Had to explain myself over and over and they STILL kept muttering rude comments and talking trash behind my back.I wasn’t about to argue with grown men acting like that, so I just left.Three visits. Three bad experiences. These guys have zero chill and zero professionalism. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. However, the employee responded by saying, ?We are expensive, and I?m not going to do it for you.? I felt the response was too personal and not professional. I was told they could fix it for $90, but right as the service was about to start, the inspector changed it to $90 per headlight.I declined and took my car elsewhere, where the headlights were cleaned for $45 total with no issues.When I returned today for the inspection, I waited over an hour despite only two cars being ahead of me. On top of that, the inspector was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was actually yelled at for opening the door, which is completely unacceptable.Between the misleading pricing, long wait times, and disrespectful behavior, I would not recommend this place.
