Comment : Stopped at light across from the shop. Noticed a burning smell from car. Walked over to the shop and was told to drive it over they could look at today. This was 2pm on a Saturday. They fixed my car same day.
Great service reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Comment : Sebastian was awesome and did an amazing job. I called him on Friday to have my battery changed - he told me to come by Saturday and car was ready within an hour. I?ll come back for sure!

Comment : Check engine light was coming on and the car was shaking. Called Snl they said to bring it in. It was my fuel injections. They fixed the one that was broke and gave me an estimate on the others. Very fair and reasonable.

Comment : I had a noise coming from my tire that I just wanted to verify wasn't something dangerous. I stopped buy spur of the moment and was seen right away for a quick listen. He was able to remove the rock from its hiding place and fixed it in 10 second. I am very happy. Thank you so much! I will definetly seek you out next time I need something!

Comment : After reading these wonderful reviews, I ask myself....HOW is this possible.? Then I understood many factors after going over to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and reading reviews that are 100% similar to my horrific experience at this shop.
On October 17,2025 my vehicle was towed over to this shop due to a knocking noise. My warranty company Silverrock paid them 2 days after, with the diagnostic of needed a new timing chain. Great so I waited nearly 3 weeks. Yayyy I got a phone call from Mike(The only person I ever had communication with, not once did I hear owners voice) he told me my Mercedes was ready. Great I picked it up and drove about 30mins and immediately heard the same knocking noise. I returned to the shop to find it closed for the day. Returned the next morning to be told by Mike to leave the car for another diagnostic since its Saturday and no Mechanic had shown up yet(12pm). Fine. Called Silverock and they opened another claim this time diagnostic said it needed a new engine. Okay....Silverrock paid them Nov. 10th, 2025 Sebatian(Owner) promised work to be done by Thanksgiving...NOPE ...Then was promised by 12/10/2025...NOPE....Then promised by 12/18/2025....NOPE ....I called and was told by Mike "Sorry we running behind but let hope you get it before Christmas"....Are you serious...how unprofessional. Fast foward Silverrock vendors department got involved and today is 12/28/2025 and I just picked my car up. Did they do the job YES and for that I Thank them. Would I take my vehicle back to them???? Absolutely not!!...Maybe if id be paying out of my pocket maybe but even then I doubt it. I know someone will reply to this review in their defense but guess what, Only someone who saves lives as a nurse has the honesty and transparency to say the truth. Mike thank you for at least talking to me when I would call. I just wanted my car out of there soon. It was a short stay that turned into 2 months. I wish noone goes through what I went thru. FYI BBB is aware, and unlike Google they do ask for proof and documentation. I've submitted and was accepted.

Comment : I had just gotten my new license plates after moving to New Jersey, and never had a front license plate before now. They were able to fit me in on a busy day to mount them, and even ordered the parts needed on the same day. Thank you!
