Comment : I have not come across open honesty from a business, let alone the owner in years. He CALLED Rays CarStar, another auto body shop just to prove a point, the other guy picked up and it was a pleasant conversation, All around insurance and customer choice. I was cautious since I went with what my insurance preferred.

Had to change to 1 star after being a decdicated customer for years then almost getting milked $200 more than AAA for a coolant flush and 12v battery change.

Comment : Driver was typical tow truck driver scam artist. Tried to charge me full price $175 plus tow charge for just jump starting my vehicle and told me cash only - even though when I had called for service I specifically asked about putting charge on a card. Driver was argumentive and insisted I was told cash only. I ended up calling skytop in front of driver and was told charge was $125 for jump and card was fine. Don't trust the driver that shows up! Scam artist!

Comment : A dispatcher here was very rude, making threats to me, saying "i know where you live" and called me a "spic" in front of my mother while I had her on speaker. All because I wanted to do a formal complaint. This lady is out of control, I will be filing a police report on her

Comment : Nothing but good things to say about these folks! Two days ago, my husband's got rear ended in my car and sky top not only towed my car home, they also let my husband hitch a ride. He paid obviously, but I thought that was still a very kind thing to do.
He just called sky top at 10am to see if I could pick up the receipt, and they told him they had just texted it to him 😊

Comment : Extremely impressed with the ease of the entire process of requesting a tow. All I had to do was fill out a form online, Cassie called me in a matter of 10 minutes to confirm, paid online and sent the tow truck to the office within the hour. 10/10
