Comment : I would rate a zero if I could. I would run away from this place. Seek out another dealership even if you have to drive farther. This dealership had my car hostage for five months, giving me pacifying reports monthly that the part was not in stock. I later found out from an out of state dealership, that the part didn't have a vendor. GM failed me and so did this dealership. I will never purchase another Chevy in my life.

Comment : Super easy oil change and was done fast. A bit sticker shocked that trans flush was pitched by the advisor as recommended at this time for $1,700. The car only has 9k miles and it was done at 1k miles. The monitor on the dash said it's at 50%. Felt like a big upsell that I kindly declined. Let alone $1,700 for which research revealed is at the upper end of gouge pricing.

Comment : Good service. Efficient staff. Convenient waiting area with wi-fi and desk area so I could work. Exterior vehicle wash appreciated. But Value is not great at $138 for an oil change and tire rotation. Concerns with suggested service items not in line with manufacturer's recommendations. Suggest dealer and manufacturer more closely align maintenance schedules. What is done now just creates confusion and ultimately distrust.

Comment : A great service center for my 2021 Stingray. James Simpson, my advisor, is always focused on great customer service and his actions show it. He goes the extra effort that the right things are done, always to assure the vehicle is serviced as per manufacturer's recs and provides ample communication throughout the process. Can't thank him enough to address all the issues I had recently with the vehicle's transmission.

Comment : Todd Ross is the best service advisor that I've had in all my days of car ownership. Well appointed waiting area. Knowledgeable service technicians. Can't really see a way to improve on this. Just keep on doing what you are doing.!

Comment : A very well run dealership. Fixed my 24 Silverado issue under warranty in two hours . The other dealer kept it for 25 days and could not fix it
