Comment : My friend took her car in to have the transmission fluid looked at and a fog light change. When going to pick it up and getting the amount that she needed to pay, it came to $300. Now, they checked out a bunch of stuff that they weren't really asked to and the only thing they actually did was to change the fog light. Yet, her bill was $300. So you tell me, how looking at the transmission fluid and changing a fog light, comes to the amount of $300. This place came recommended, however, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They basically went through her entire car to find every little thing that was wrong with it and when she decided that she did not want anything done then what she had initially asked for, then they decided to provide her a bill for $300. It is Christmas time and times are hard so I guess this is the perfect time for mechanics to take advantage. If I could give negative Stars, they would receive many. Under no circumstances do I recommend taking your vehicle to this mechanic. I surely hope that he loses business for practices such as this. I hope you got all the money you needed for Christmas, but you have lost any further business with us and anyone I can recommend to. I will be leaving this review any place that is possible. Comment : Put 10k miles on my 2017 Tacoma's new tires so I wanted the tires rotated and aligned. Scheduled an appointment and waited 3 hours for them to do 20 minutes of work. Left and the truck pulls hard right so bad you're fighting it at highway speeds. Also tire on driver side front scraps wheel well when backing into a parking space. I left my vehicle with them for 7 hours and they just looked at it. Told me I need a left front wheel bearing and my tires are oversized. I left with zero work done, truck still scrapes and pulls. Total bullshit. They didn't even bother trying to correct the alignment issue. Hard to argue the alignment is off if the truck drives off the road within a count to 3. Go anywhere else. Either incompetent or actually trying to rip people off.
