Comment : Tuned up & fixed my car in timely manner. Needed new (used) tire & rim after hitting curb. Gave good price & fixed it in an hour! & i love how much they communicate, always checking up after to make sure all was good!

Comment : I highly recommend Silas Deane Auto. I have been bringing my vehicles here for several years and always received amazing service. Most recently I had quite a bit of work done on my Acura, including a timing belt, water pump, fluids, filters, new tires, and an alignment. Their pricing was very reasonable and the work was done well. Shaun and Rob are great to work with. They are honest and very knowledgeable.

There was one item that was accidentally missed during the original service. When I called about it, Shaun immediately acknowledged the oversight and made it right. There weren't any excuses or additional charges. Shaun had me bring the car back right away after they had already closed to take care of it that evening. I really appreciated him going out of his way to take care of it so quickly.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but to me, what really shows the character of a business is how they respond when something does happen. Silas Deane Auto handled it exactly the way you would hope. They are honest, accommodating, very reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. That kind of customer service builds trust and I will absolutely continue bringing my car to them. Highly recommend!

I brought my car here for a second opinion after getting an incorrect diagnosis elsewhere . They correctly identified the problem and fixed it completely. I was satisfied with my personal experience and will bring my car here from now on for all repairs.
