Had them tow my vehicle in for diagnostic check. ( mostly to confirm what I already knew) charged me $125 for the tow, to be paid in advance over the phone because I was a new customer. Gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done that was combined parts and labor. The price was outragous, on the higher end of what my research found to be the price range for the job. Went back to pick up my vehicle and pay the diagnostics charge. When I was given amount that was due, it was almost double what I was told the previous day. When I asked why it was so high, I was told it was for shop supplies. He then claimed he would remove the s h op supplies from the bill. He then printed out the bill for me to sign. There were no shop supplies on it, just the tow and diagnostics. They were going to charge me again for the tow I paid for over the phone.

Comment : I started having problems with my car overheating on Easter. My previous mechanic told me I’d be fine driving it here and there until he could look at it. Well it got worse as the days went on and he was not responding to me. My boyfriend found signature automotive. Mark answered the phone and I immediately felt in good hands. Went right over to drop it off. Mark called me and told me what the problem was and there was chance they wouldn’t get to it on Friday afternoon and I might have to wait until Monday. I wasn’t sure how I’d get through the weekend with no car and kids. At 3:30 mark called and saved the day. Car was fixed and ready to go tested and everything.glad we found this place and I will continue to do business here but I hope not often. Thank you again
