I was treated in the most disrespectful way I have ever been treated at any local mechanic from the front office employee. He was so rude and not willing to accept any form of communciation. He had the attitude of just pay and don't bother me with questions. I left angry after the inspection but I was planning to let it go just trying to convince myself that I shouldn't be judging the entire shop by the attitude of this guy. What made me give that bad review is they did a disasterous mistake in the inspection report. They put all the four tyres as having 8/32 mm thread (near new). I thought the rear tyres look old but decided to trust their opinion asthey are supposingly the experts. I noticed now as we are in the winter that one of the rear tyres are cracking. Looking at their inspection report, I found out that they put the measurement of the front driver tyre in the fields of all the four tyres - like a copy paste sort of thing (see pictures from their report below). I could have negotiated new rear tyres or lower the price with the dealership but I trusted their wrong report! So bad treatment and lack of deligence that costed me money and time! I just don't recommend this place. First, my usual auto shop had no availability for a week and I needed the service immediately. Secondly, the positive reviews but I was so disappointed with the customer service. The individual that attended to me (left side of the counter from me) was very dismissive with me. I had very few questions and he had a "stop bothering me with these questions" attitude towards me all through. I believe that as professionals or front desk individuals whatever the case may be, they are to provide some sort of guidance to the best of their ability. At the end of it, when I got the receipt, I just wanted to know specifically what tests were done and again, this guy was so dismissive and after I made payment, was like "okay buddy, bye" and I understand what that means but I just laughed about it in my mind. Now I know better. If any cars in my fleet will need anything other than a routine maintenance, I'll try to avoid this place. Regardless of mechanical expertise, nobody wants to be treated like crap. I know I'm just one person and my business is probably insignificant but I just thought to share my candid experience. Maybe I went on the wrong day.
