Comment : I am so grateful for my experience with Sierra motors located in Jamestown California. Since I bought my car, I literally cannot stop bragging about the service that I received. My first interaction with Sierra motors was over the phone with a gentleman named Ricky. He was so embracing, very informative, he knew so much information about the vehicle that I asked about specifically, he was very clear and straightforward with me, I like how direct he was because I was driving over an hour away. So I really like how he made it very clear to me what to expect when coming in, the price, the details on the car, everything. I felt like he truly did not want me to waste my time. I informed him of when I should be arriving and he told me that he was going to have the car ready for me to test Drive. I got stuck in some traffic and arrived a little later than anticipated, but yet Ricky was still there waiting outside for me in the front just like he said he would be. He introduced himself to me, he was just as embracing and professional as he was over the phone we took the car on a test drive and he gave me a lot of information upon the vehicle, as well as showed me other vehicles that he felt may meet my needs. I was really grateful for the way that he was interacting with me, he wasn?t pressuring me. I didn?t feel like I was being haggled or trying to be convinced or forced into a sell. There was literally no pressure, just a constant source of information! In the end I found the car that I wanted thanks to Ricky! There was no hidden fees or outrageous, unpredictable/ unnecessary fees, like what was being offered to me at other dealerships. I went to seven other dealerships and my experience at Sierra motors was hands-down the best experience that I had specifically with Ricky! Make sure when you go to ask for Ricky!

Comment : I have only been to the shop for routine maintenance on my newer truck, but everyone I've been in contact with could not have been any nicer. Nice establishment.

Comment : Not only was Paul my salesman a very good and very direct and honest person. I bought a second vehicle from him in the same year. The service department is also excellent for taking care of all the small details when purchasing a vehicle. I would gladly do this again. That's why I bought another vehicle from this year.
