Comment : Shults is a fantastic dealership to visit. Tyler Bursick was one of the best sales associates I met during my shopping experience. He was attentive, understood what I looking for, and not pushy at all. Although I ultimately did not purchase my truck from him, he will be one of tge first people I visit for my next vehicle.

Comment : Worst service experience of all time. The car dropped off on 9.3.24 and picked up on 3.18.25. Do not use this business. My son purchased a 2017 Mustang in 2018 a cash sale. The engine was having problems, and we had it towed in on 9/3/24, for which we let them know the car would be arriving. There was zero communication per phone records until I initiated contact on 10/17 and learned our advisor's name was Andy. When I asked why they hadn't contacted us, he claimed he did and left messages, which was a lie as I reviewed both my son's and I's phone records. He then advised the engine needed to be replaced. He emailed me the approximate cost of the new engine so he could get my approval via a trackable communication method. All other contacts through early March of 2025 were initiated by me. I'm not sure what an advisor actually does.

Over the many weeks, then months since then I was told the engine would be in soon. In early December, I was told the new engine would be replaced before the New Year. As I continued to contact Andy into early 2025 there was never an apology but more like a joking laugh. Andy finally contacted me with a purpose on 3/5/25, to let me know the engine was in and they were working on it; he read off a laundry list of items to fix so the car would pass inspection.

I agreed to all of the repairs. He contacted me twice before pickup about the now $10,200 in service repairs to let me know they would need to put gas in the tank as they needed to drive the car for 60 miles or so an extra $32. We picked up the vehicle on 3/18/26 after over 6 months in their shop. The car interior smelled of garage grease, and the grease residue was on the steering wheel. The interior was not vacuumed or wiped down in any way after 6 months in their garage you would think that would be a standard expectation. I'm glad you billed over $10,000 in nonwarranty work to provide world-class horrible service. Zero communication, zero respect for an existing customer, and well below-par automobile repair execution.

Shout out to Bri W. who helps me load off my car from a tower. She is super patient and helpful. Bri even helps me collect some trash in my car. This is my best auto service experience!
