Comment : It is EXTREMELY rare that I leave a review, especially a negative review. However; the complete lack of overall service, has left me totally flabbergasted! I had my truck towed here on 8/14/24 by AAA, because a Traction Control indicator light came on. I picked my truck up today 9/3/24, nearly three weeks later....only to discover they did not even look at my truck AT ALL, during the entire 3 weeks it was there! There was NO sensor reading, NO checking under the hood, NO checking the engine of any kind for that matter!! They didn't even open the doors to my truck, let alone attempt to fix anything. I have called several times over the course of these 3 weeks, and every time I've called I was told, "they would give me a call with an update, once they got around to it". The thing is, THEY NEVER GOT AROUND TO IT!! Even when I picked my truck up today...there was no greeting upon entering. As a matter of fact, they didn't say too much of anything AT ALL!! When I asked questions about my truck, one of the guys just pointed in the direction of the other guy...who just handed me my keys. There were no apologies given, no questions answered, no questions asked, no have a nice day, no sorry for any inconvenience.....absolutely nothing! And the thing is... I wasn't too concerned about anything else really, my only concern was getting my truck fixed. That's all! I have 3 children, at 3 different schools, that all have the same start times and end times, and whom are all car riders. My point is... I need reliable transportation to be able to get to my children and work everyday!! It was bad enough that I had to go 3 weeks without my truck...but to find out that they didn't even look at it, at all!! That was just adding insult to injury! I understand that they could've been very busy, but SAY THAT if that's the case! To say absolutely nothing at all, not even apologize for any inconvenience or anything of the sort... is just rude, disrespectful, and overall distasteful! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS or ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. This place will NEVER get my business ever again. Comment : I took my car there around 11am Wednesday 8/14/24 with a concern that my alternator may be going out. and just picked my car up today 8/21/24 w/ no invoice. My car was NEVER looked at. On my initial visit I told worker Brandon that my battery light comes on after awhile while I am driving. He hooked some machine up and we determined that it may be the alternator and that my alternator was over charging. I called Friday asking for an update and was told that they received the wrong part and waiting to receive the correct part for my car. I called Tuesday and still had not received my part which is the alternator. I called this morning and he said they are stilling waiting on my part to come in. About 2:40 Today I received a call from him stating that my power steering pump is going out and that???s the reason I am having other issues. I asked how much did I owe believing that I at least had to pay the diagnostic fee. He said no charge. So I arrive and ask would he be able to print out what he had found and he did not stating that it would create an invoice which would indicate that my car was looked at. He also said that he never put the new alternator on because of this power steering issue which maybe an issue, but if so why not print it out for me? Because he never looked at my car. So my car sat for 7 days and I was inconvenienced because I too have to work and my car was never looked at. Very dismissive with me which not sure why as you had my car for 7 days and NEVER looked at it! Comment : I am coming here for everything. Another corporate garage wanted to replace my air compressor for AC for $1,200. I took it to Shuffit's and they said: "There was a just a plug out of place, it works fine now." They charged me nothing. Shout out to Brandon! It's very good to know not everyone is out to rob you.

Comment : Some staff have left and service has gone down. Twice ordered incorrect parts and my wait time was extended by a couple of days, both times. Owner is greedy.

Comment : I had my car towed there for a flashing check engine light. After a couple days they diagnosed my car as having a cracked head. After having the car towed to another shop for a 2nd opinion it was determined in about 5 minutes that it was simply a bad ignition coil. Mechanic was baffled how they came up with their diagnosis. Not sure how they are an AAA approved repair facility. Buyer beware if you need your car serviced here.
