Comment : Beware!!! Brandon is a crook. If you get an estimate expect it to be doubled or maybe even tripled. Unauthorized work will be done without prior approval. Brandon is taking a well thought of business down quickly. Dad needs to take back control.

STOP AND READ THIS!!!!Had my car broken into over 1000$ of aftermarket parts missing and more $ in damages when it got stripped all they could do is refund me what I gave them to fix the original problem .not done. they won't help or offer to replace the parts when it was in there care on there property under there supervision..bad location bad service..I had to pay for a tow to get my car back home because how bad they striped my car ... I wouldn't leave my car there if I was u.. YOU WERE WARNED!!!! Lawsuit in progress

Comment : A synthetic oil change and windshield wiper replacement, a job well done. I know it is done right. This has not been my experiences at fast change establishments! A Jiffy lube tried selling me brakes( this happened over a year ago) My brakes are still in good working order. A Valvoline sold me a battery that went bad in several months. They didn't stand behind it due to change of ownership. I say no to quick change, and yes to a solid mechanic.

Comment : Not sure what has happened with these guys . Usually they are on their A Game , but my power steering leak has cost me over 2000 dollars and I still have the leak and it not a small leak . They replaced my power steering pump and fixed my R&P steering to stop the leak neither fixed the issue . I called and asked if they were going to fix the issue for free at this point was told they would call me back . It been 2 days no call . Hoping they will call and offer a solution. Because they usually do a great job . Hate leaving bad reviews but felt I had no choice.

Comment : These guys know their stuff. Brandon is fair and will work with you. We take all of our vehicles to them. I recommend them to everyone . Bought a 2011 Ford fiesta and took it to them, went over the whole thing and fixed everything in about 2 days. Big repairs too, and was fair about it. Preciate y'all, keep it up!

Comment : I took my car to Shufitt’s for years, but the last time I went a couple years they acted like they didn’t want to do routine maintenance on my car. I mentioned things it needed per the manufacturer and they kept saying it doesn’t need one standard thing after another, but they finally agreed to do the spark plugs. When they did the spark plugs they didn’t put back together some of the plastic under my windshield and it eventually fell off during driving. I don’t understand this place anymore, which sucks because I used to really like them. Their prices were still decent.

Comment : Stopped at the post office across the street and when leaving, I noticed my tire was completely flat. Drove over to Schuffits and asked if they could put some air in my tire and the guy refused, stating "he could not bring the air hose outside the garage when it's below freezing outside". I was shocked and very disappointed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
