Comment : Bought a car from someone who ONLY serviced their car here. This is a review of their work, not customer service. It seems to me like basic, routine checks are simply not done. I redid my brakes and Shore Tire had left them in a mess. Not only did they cross thread one of my caliper bolts (causing me to have to ruin the threads on my new caliper until I purchase another bolt), the brakes on one side of my vehicle was barely operational. Neither of the pistons were compressing on one side, meaning not only was my braking power reduced, my safety was in jeopardy. This also caused my rotor to develop a ridge which all could ve been avoided if someone had taken a look at the uneven wearing of the pads. My oil filter was also torqued on more than it should ve been. An easy, 20 minute oil change turned into a 2 hour mess as I did everything to try and get that filter off. My tires were also inflated past the recommended PSI. My front tires are supposed to be 50 PSI and the back at 80 PSI, and the worst one was ~10 PSI over. That shouldn t happen with something so easy. Mind you, these are the only repairs I ve done so far. If this is the headache I ve been through so far, I m not looking forward to see what else they ve done.Bought a car from someone who ONLY serviced their car here. Comment : My son's car was having problems while he was at KU and I was in St Louis. Was referred to this company by another Telle Tire company and was not disappointed. Their warranty and all other membership benefits transfer to this location! In fact, my son dropped off the car the night before, and it was ready shortly after lunch the next day! Thank you to the store manager and his crew to jump all over my son's car to get it fixed so quickly! Everyone I spoke too was extremely nice and helpful.
