Comment : I'm glad that this outfit is on the up and up. In this day and age when it seems acceptable to do whatever it takes to separate customers from their $$$, it is my experience that everyone at Shippee Auto goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is informed about the repairs needed, and put in the best position to make an informed decision. I drive a vehicle that the manufacturer stopped making parts for, and, while some things are just not possible, these folks have been willing to do work-arounds where possible. Car repairs are expensive, but that's everywhere these days, and it's never pleasant to spend $$$, but I will continue to work with Shippee Auto because the standard they deliver is one based on integrity, honesty, and understanding of both modern and decrepit vehicles like mine. I'm so grateful.

Comment : Great overall experience! very informative and nice staff plus a bonus of a cute dog to keep you company i was able to get multiple things fixed on my car in a timely manner every time i come here. Only thing that isn’t amazing is the price overall as it is a little pricey but everything is done very well and quickly as well!

Comment : Excellent experience! Great communication! A little pricier than other places, wanted to charge me $75 to adjust my wipers along with spending $1200 on exhaust, oh well. I am willing to travel and pay for good work and good communication! They even have a dog!!!

Comment : Great place to go to get work done reasonable price They do it right the first time compareTo other shops had transmission leak in the cooler every shop I called want to splice and cut a new peace but not this shop they replace all of the lines the only bad thing I got to say is the technician got to pay close attention to cleaning they left transmission fluid every were on the frame rails and some of my clips were missing to my splash shield got to order new ones but other then that great work thanks again shippe s and they the only people to deal with aftermarket warranty s no other shops has been able to do it like shippe s few months back had a bad starter in my car they put a new in with in a few hours and was back on the roadGreat place to go to get work done reasonable price They do it right the first time compareTo other shops had transmission leak in the cooler every shop I called want to More
