Comment : We broke down while driving from Pennsylvania to Michigan and found ourselves stranded far from home. Thankfully, this company came through when we needed it most. Hunter accepted our long-distance tow (over 2 hours!) without hesitation and made sure we got safely to our friend’s house where we could work on fixing the car. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help us out of a stressful situation. Highly recommend! And thank you very much to Hunter!

Comment : Thank you for towing my car home last night! I requested roadside assistance through AAA, and was paired with Shipley Towing. The driver was prompt and professional, and was able to get my car out of the driveway, onto the tow truck, and to the new location safely and securely.

I’m hoping AAA sends the survey to me like the driver said they might, because I want everyone to know how amazing the driver and this company are. Sadly, I didn’t get the driver’s name. I really appreciate you guys!

Comment : Shipley Towing helped me on the morning of Memorial Day when I needed service to change a flat tire. I didn't catch the name of the mechanic, but he exceeded my expectations! He was professional, friendly, and efficient and very kind to my dog who was also in the car.

Comment : I drove my husband‘s truck to the Toledo Zoo with my son and we had issues when we were trying to drive back home to Tiffin. Robert, from Shipley Towing, towed the truck for us. I rode with him back to Tiffin. He was very professional, on time, and we had a nice conversation on the drive to my house. Thank you, Robert, for making my crummy day a bit better! :-)
