Comment : Thank god for Shipley towing. Kyla was an absolute angel, she could hear the panic in my voice being broken down on the highway and immediately dispatched to me, the driver assigned to me Steven was so amazing and quickly got me out of there and safely home. Thank god for you guys! 10/10 would recommend!

Comment : Shipley towed my Pontiac through my AAA membership which I called at 6:45 AM , AAA said they would be at my place at 8:06. The tow truck driver, Mike was at my place, loaded my car and on his way by 7:30. Mike was very friendly and did a great job. Thanks Mike .

Comment : This establishment deserves all the stars! As parents of a BGSU student, living on the other side of the state, we were so happy with the way Shipley's took care of our situation. A very kind phone call the moment the tow driver delivered the car to their garage, a super fast quote with reasonable prices, and a detailed job completed. The turn around time for all of this was less than 24 hours! I will always recommend Shipley's to anyone needing a mechanic service. This place reminded me there are still good people in the world who understsnd their customers and want them to have a great experience. Comment : My truck broke down right off the highway. Shipley had it towed within half an hour and completely fixed less than a day later for a VERY reasonable price. They were able to text me links to approve repairs with prices and estimates, even with an option to pay before picking up the vehicle.
