Comment : I can’t say enough good things about the two gentlemen that came and helped us. It was in the evening in a bad area. Lugnuts had caused our tire to collapse. They came in. A timely manner, was very courteous, and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us made sure we were safe. Comment : This happened a while ago but I felt like I needed to leave this review. They had to come tow my Caravan. Took them over a week to diagnose the problem. Decided it was the TIPM, wanted close to 3K to fix it even though I suggested it was probably the fuel pump which would have been covered by my warranty if they didn't take so long to "figure out the problem". Rejected the repair. Bought a fuel pump, had it replaced and it has been running with absolutely no problems ever since. They also didn't re-attach the caliper bolt so my brakes wouldn't function properly, granted they did replace that. They clearly need more training. I would avoid at all costs.

Comment : Today is my third time needing a tow! I can’t say enough about the service this company provides, especially Ryan. The first time he successfully towed my car was in January, I had waited 3 days for a tow and had 2 previous drivers dispatched, arrived, and then denied, but Ryan showed up and saved the day. He was determined to bring me resolution and peace of mind, since then I only ask for Shipley & Ryan!!! The owner is nice too and believes in excellence in customer service. Go Shipley & you won’t be disappointed!!!

Comment : Ryan came and towed my vehicle after an accident! He was very professional and was there in a matter of 10 minutes! I highly recommend this company if you need roadside assistance or for any towing needs!
