I had such great experience at this shop. Melodie was so sweet and accommodating. They went above and beyond, I truly appreciate the ride. I called for an AC repair. They were able to schedule me the same week! Had the work done in one day.
I was vey pleased with the work. They came through for me during a nasty heat wave. Now every time I blast my AC I thank Shifflet Auto lol.

I will definitely come back and recommend my family :)

Comment : I am completely satisfied that the work on my Infiniti was performed professionally and with great care. The Technicians and staff were courteous and very knowledgeable as well. They even went the extra mile. I really appreciate their shops excellent service and I Highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking qualified and affordable services for many makes of cars, whether foreign or domestic.
