Comment : Bait and switch. I called before I came to this shop and Scott was nice and friendly on the phone and in the shuttle ride back to my work however turns out my repair cost significantly more than what Scott initially told me to lure me in for a $206 diagnostic. If it’s too good to be true, it is… I was able to buy the part for $200 less than what they quoted me. I got it done elsewhere for significantly less and almost half the price even after paying their diagnostic fee. They recommended repairs I didn’t even need to finish my job and threatened that if I don’t get the adjacent part fixed I could lose my warranty. I don’t recommend this place and I will never be back here.
