Comment : I had a great experience with Shepard Automotive! Everyone was super nice and easy to work with, and I felt like the pricing was very fair. They replaced the purge valve on my MINI Cooper, and now all of my warning lights and error messages are gone. My car is running great again. Definitely recommend them!

Comment : My experience was very pleasant and caring this shop made sure to cover every base when it came to figuring out the issue on my car, even though the diagnosis was a complete engine failure they made sure to go through it thoroughly before giving me the news and making sure it was what it was and that is way more than a lot of shops would do. Will definitely be back with other mechanical issues I have in the future.

Comment : Beware of scam, they will way overcharge. They ?inspected? my car said it needed over $7000 in repairs including brake fluid and rotors which I did a few weeks beforehand as well as NUMEROUS other parts that I repaired. I believe they did not even look at it properly and thought I would be an easy scam. Shameful way to do business, as a veteran I was appalled at this type of service, my expectations were crushed. I have proof as well, I kept the screenshots of the ?estimate? I was given before they removed the link after I denied their service. Nice job guys, wonder how many people are getting scammed out there. Please fix your ways don?t try to remove this review.
