Comment : First time using Shepherd Automotive.Very friendly, nice customer service. My trunk would not open with a key fob. I did try to fix it myself and had a friend look at the problem. Shepherd Auto ran a diagnostic and had it fixed in no time. I was very pleased with their service. Will use them again.

Comment : 10-14-26 was probably the worst day ever. I got water in my intake and destroyed my engine. I worked so hard for yrs to be able to get my dream car. Dodge Charger AWD 2023. AAA took me and my car here before they'd opened. Every person there was so kind and understanding. Held an umbrella over me so I could get my work backpack out, offered me warm drink bc it was pouring down rain and was so cold. The compassionate, kindness, sincere understanding showed me these guys were different. A lot of automotive places are rude and treat women like idiots. Shepherds treated me respectfully, kind, caring, compassionate and were gentlemen. Thank you so much. I'll never forget!

Comment : Shepherd's Auto is hands down the best place I have ever done business with. My Toyota Camry finally decided to give up on me, and my mom found Shepherd's to see what needed repair. It needed quite a bit of repairs done, and we decided to go ahead and proceed with a new car for me. Since I didn't have a way of transportation, Guy, the owner, went above and beyond, and out of his way to pick me up from my apartment, and take me down to the shop to sign the title over. Not only did he take the car off of my hands, he drove me from my apartment, to the shop, and back. These guys not only do excellent work, but they care about their customers. I will be back to Shepherd's absolutely anytime I need something done on my new car. You guys are the best!!!
