Comment : Came here for emergency issue. All evidence pointed to alternator. The service desk very nice, but I paid 150 for a diagnostic where they assured me they figure it all out. They said the date on my battery was old and they wanted to "start there" with the troubleshooting on my time. I asked for a battery test to be done, they said it showed it needed to be replaced soon. And so they wouldn't continue till I replaced it. I did. And they said it was good. Drove home and broke down again same issue. 400$ and 3 days. To break down. Another shop diagnosed and replaced the alternator for 400$ less than what they quoted me.

They have been consistent with good communication, friendly interactions, and speedy service on our vehicle. In particular, we needed two larger repairs recently. The service team shopped around to get us the best prices on parts, and made us feel prioritized in how they fast they completed the work. Plus, they have expanded their perks by their recent membership in the AAA network. Would recommend!

Comment : My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to AAA Tire & Auto in Shenandoah since 2022, and we?ve consistently had a great experience. They?ve worked on both my work truck and our personal vehicles, and their service has always been honest and reliable.

They charge exactly what they quote over the phone, and they?re upfront about anything they can?t handle in-house. We also really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service when dropping off a vehicle. It makes the whole process easy and convenient.

Highly recommend them for straightforward, dependable service.

Comment : The alternator went up in my car, and I had my car towed to AAA Tire & Auto just before the snowstorm hit on Friday afternoon. As soon as they were able to reopen the shop Tuesday morning, I was the first phone call. They promptly got the part needed and had the repair completed before noon. I'm very grateful for everyone's kindness. Thank you!

Tyler and Tiffany and the technician staff did an excellent job for me and my 2009 pickup back up and runnin great. They promptly got my vehicle in the shop, properly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, ordered the OEM part, installed it and then road tested it. All on the same day.
