Comment : Would recommend to my worst enemy.

This shop charged me $95 for a diagnostic (they originally quoted me $150 plus $12 in shop fees) for a 2007 Honda Civic. Funny how I was able to get a $70 discount. Dishonest people—they’ll quote you an outrageously high number, then say they can “work with you on the price.” Hey, at least when they charge you an extra $400 for a basic repair, you get a complimentary $20 Uber. 🤣 What a total joke. I’m never coming back to this place as long as I live. I recommend anyone who reads this steers clear.

Comment : If I could give them no star I would! One star is already too much!Since AAA took over this place has went downhill and is ridiculous!The way the staff is treated is horrendous!!! Never in my life have I experience something like this place! Before they took over this was a family like business, very welcoming and professional and a place I would take my car to any day. Comment : Totally disrespectful, dishonest place to ever go to. It doesn't take 3 females to work in a small office, but I guess it does here since they can't keep track of all the lies. They pulled my truck into the shop and turned around and moved it back out just to work on someone else's vehicle and said I would have to wait for another week. Comment : Respectful, attentive, and thorough. Twice I've taken two different vehicles to Shenandoah Automative (a 2017 Silverado and a 2020 Pilot) with issues that other automotive service centers "couldn't replicate." The techs at Shenandoah Automotive listened to my description of the problem and conferred with a network of other techs to which they are connected and diagnosed and fixed the issues. There may be other outstanding automotive service centers in Harrisonburg or the Shenandoah Valley, but it will be a long time before I find out who they are. I'm sticking with Shenandoah Automative.

Comment : Quite possibly our worst mechanic experience. Our vehicle was messed up during the repair. No one would own up to it. Tried to talk us into a whole new engine. Towed it ourselves to another mechanic, who fixed what Shenandoah broke. No refunds were offered. We didn't need our money back, if they can live with it, we can live without it. At the very least they could have apologized. We will not be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone.
