Comment : Best experience at an Auto shop so far. This was an insurance claim and I trusted this place based on the reviews, I was a little hesitant as I don’t know any auto shops around the area but it did not disappoint.

Hezekiah was always very helpful and polite all along the way. Very professional since the beginning. They provide you with a full honest and detailed estimate, they explain all things needed. If there are any changes they let you know in advance. Everything was so easy (except the dealing with the insurance part, but that’s outside of the shop).

I highly recommend this place.

Shalom Auto and Body have absolutely earned my business.I had the pleasure of working with John today on a steering issue I've had for years. Long story short, I backed into a mailbox, and the front left tire caught on the brick housing of the mailbox. Since then, my steering wheel has been a few degrees off to the right from center.I've taken my car to various Honda dealerships across Houston for diagnosis and alignments, and not one of them was able to resolve this steering issue.John listened to my issue, and asked if he can take a look. He saw the steering wheel was off and confirmed this was my issue. I said yes.He checked under the car for any damage, and confirmed there was none. He put the car on the alignment machine, and him and his techs reviewed the alignment, made the necessary adjustments.Once the alignment portion was complete, he asked for me to drive the car, and I reported back the issue was solved.I made sure when I test drove, that I put the wheel in the off position before the repair to confirm the issue was resolved, and it was.I can't explain how pleased I am with this service and expertise.
