Comment : Where to begin. They charged me $35 more for a diagnosis than was quoted over the phone. My wife took my son to pick up the car and she didnt know so she paid it. When it came to suggested repair, the price for the part they quoted me was double the price of the most expensive part I could find anywhere else. I actually found it at a dealership for over $500 (60%) less. For labor, they quoted me 3 hours at $290 per hour ($100 per hour more than the dealership) to change out a cooling fan. Beware of your bill and check it carefully. And maybe get a second quote just to be sure
