Comment : I took my Bronco to Selbert's Auto Body for some body work, and they did an outstanding job.

Initially, I was told a new part would probably be needed. Then, somewhere in the depths of the shop, a highly motivated mystery technician apparently looked at the situation and said, “Not today.” Somehow, they used the existing part, saving me a significant amount of money and time. I never actually met this wizard, but whoever you are, thank you.

What impressed me most is that Selbert's could have easily replaced the part, charged me more, and called it a day. Instead, they found the better solution for the customer. That says a lot about how they do business. It was customer-focused service. The workmanship was excellent, the service was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

If you need body work, I highly recommend Selbert's Auto Body. They are a cut above the rest. Don't waste your time bouncing from body shop to body shop around Eureka or elsewhere. Start with Selbert's. 5 Stars.

Comment : I have never been more impressed with an auto body shop. The communication they provide is phenomenal. I felt so comfortable talking to one person directly and getting frequent updates. When I got my car back there was another issue and they said to bring it in- ended up being a recall and they even offered to fix it if the dealership wouldn’t honor it (which the dealership is going to do next week). All of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Comment : Selbert's Automotive has taken care of my family's vehicles for many years and I've always been pleased with the service. From collision repair to general maintenance on both American and German cars, they haven't let me down. Their shop is always a cool place to visit also as they're constantly working on interesting, rare and classic cars which makes it feel like a small auto museum is folded in amongst the normal family cars and trucks. You can confidently leave your vehicle with this place and they will make things right.
