Comment : This company is great! Not only do they do great work the customer service is impeccable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I . Everything they did was great from the people in the office to the work done on my Mercedes. I would give them 100 stars if I could . Comment : I am exceptionally pleased with service from Sebago Lake Collision Center (SLCC). Nearly $3,000 of work on my Toyota, that was damaged in an accident, was started less than a week after the estimate was provided to my insurance company, and all work was completed in just 8 days, more than two months before a major competitor expected they could prepare an estimate and complete the work. Repaired vehicle looks great, and one cannot see any visible evidence the vehicle was in an accident. Also, they pulled out another unsightly dent unrelated to the accident at no cost. Estimator Will was great in preparing the estimate and keeping me informed on the status of repair. Jessie at the reception desk was very courteous, professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I did not meet the workers who did the repairs, but I can say they did an excellent job from the outcome. Coordination between SLCC, my insurer, and rental car provider was exceptional and stress free to me. Comment : Fast and professional. Did an excellent job on my car. They handled everything with my insurance company. I especially liked the automated texts that provided repair updates. It took the guess work out of the repair process.
