Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Had my side skirts on my Elantra n replaced under warranty through Hyundai and they used this body shop. Initially everything looked fine. The Side skirts broke again after a couple of months and I decided to just replace them myself so I didn?t bother the dealer about it again since they had been good to me. Come to find out there was a bunch of hidden damage to the rocker panels under the skirts that the body shop had put on. Not happy about this at all. I spoke to the manager at the body shop myself seemed like a nice guy that knew what he was talking about. Maybe I just got unlucky and the new guy worked on my car. Either way I would never let this body shop touch my car again, there is chipped paint and dents all over the rockers. I?m now working on fixing this myself and have replacement side skirts ready to put on. Long story short I would not recommend this shop touching your car.

Update: owner called to offer to make it better just to tell me they aren?t going to do anything about it and denied ever causing the damage. He said I must have caused it and it would be an insurance claim lol whatever man I?m not dumb I know what you did. Don?t go here they don?t own up to their mistakes. Hyundai needs to find a new body shop to work with. Clearly this one isn?t working out.

Comment : I had some minor damage that needed repairs and from the moment I walked in the door Linda was on top of everything. They not only helped me with my rental car and paperwork, they also discussed the process and what I should realistically expect regarding a timeframe.After dropping my car off, I needed to come back and get a couple of things and they were great about sending someone in the back and retrieving the objects from the car for me. Very knowledgeable, very cooperative and the work that they did on my car was excellent. Additionally, the work was done sooner than their estimated timeframe. What a great surprise!I highly recommend Seacoast Collision Center to anyone who needs to have bodywork done on their car.
