Comment : Overall they did good repair work on my RAV4 (mirror, door, fender scratch).There was a clean and easy insurance appraisal process. However, there were some issues with the repair timeline and communication regarding the delays. Comment : Melissa (I think) at the front counter was very helpful with the estimate and relaying information. I received frequent status updates via text during the repair process and a phone call when all the work was done. The repairs were complete sooner than originally anticipated, and I picked it up with a wash/vacuum bonus!They re conveniently located near my office and would use them again in the future. The glade plugin smell in the lobby were a tad overwhelming and I had to wait a month between my initial damage estimate and my drop off date, but those are the tiniest complaints.
