Comment : Professional responses and thorough work. It was nice to call and have someone actually answer the phone, where so many places have a slow response time to voicemails. They went above and beyond by calling in extra help to ensure that the car would be ready in time for an appointment at our mechanics. The employees were friendly and proficient. I truly appreciate how smoothly this body work went, even after they found more damage than originally thought. Comment : Overall they did fair repair work on my RAV4 (mirror, door, fender scratch).There was a clean and easy insurance appraisal process. However, there were some issues with the repair timeline and communication regarding the delays. The bill ended up around $5,500, which seems really steep for the damage, but it's also paid for directly by insurance. Comment : Melissa (I think) at the front counter was very helpful with the estimate and relaying information. I received frequent status updates via text during the repair process and a phone call when all the work was done. The repairs were complete sooner than originally anticipated, and I picked it up with a wash/vacuum bonus!They re conveniently located near my office and would use them again in the future. The glade plugin smell in the lobby were a tad overwhelming and I had to wait a month between my initial damage estimate and my drop off date, but those are the tiniest complaints.
