Comment : I was in desperate need of an emergency inspection. My daughter was about to take her road test for her driver's license, realized that morning my inspection was past due. Called Ed, at Scruggs, and he got me into the shop right away!! When I say I gave them very short notice, I am not exaggerating..... Mins before we were scheduled for her road test my lovely teen started stressing out, and outwardly expressing herself (to put it calmly). Ed sensed our ergency and allowed me to pay afterwards (thru the website, super easy)so that we could leave right away. We now have another licensed driver on our roads..... Thank you Scruggs, Ed, and the mechanics!!!

Comment : This was my first visit to this business and was very impressed. They fit me in quickly and finished when they stated they would. The rates were equivalent to similar business. They presented me with a packet of papers explaining exactly what they did along with pictures of my car and the replaced and new parts. Their explanation was easy to understand and I found them to be friendly and professional. I was not pressured into repairs, just told the details and costs and they respected my decision. Very clean reception area that looked very modern and inviting. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I will surely be using them for all my auto needs in the future.

Comment : Overpriced. Misdiagnosed. The company doesn’t back up their work. They do like to find excuses and pass blame though.
