Comment : I was ready to drive my jeep into the lake. My instrument cluster told me I had a "no fuse" code. After ripping out every auxiliary wiring I had put in and checking literally everything I could, I took it to Scruggs. They were quick, efficient and I appreciated the level of effort put into finding the source. I got my jeep back, no code and everything works. Absolutely my go-to place for service from now on. Comment : I had an inspection done at Scruggs on Transut. Made the appointment on-line. They were efficient and the communication was quite good. I ll likely be going back for more extensive service.

Comment : Scruggs was extremely responsive and helpful to my calls and questions. I did have one surprising issue. They have a great service for a reasonably low fee where they will give your car a complete once over and let you know what kind of repairs, if any, you might be facing at some point in the foreseeable future. I had them look over my car and they missed a broken part that would have become a safety issue. Only after my insistence , did they reinspect that area and find a problem. Comment : I got a surprise flat tire and called this shop because it was nearby, and I'm so glad I did! They fit me in even though they were booked, and got me back on the road at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. The whole time I sat in their waiting room, I heard the kind, patient, and helpful way they spoke with other customers. I just got the feeling that these are good honest local folks who do good work. So I didn't love having to deal with an unexpected vehicle issue, but I did like the silver lining of discovering a nice local business that I would recommend to a friend.
