Comment : Great experience working with Scott's auto, they were friendly and helpful and had some of the comfiest chairs of any waiting room I've ever been in. Very inexpensive oil change and they ran a full vehicle diagnostic for free!

Comment : Scott's automotive has been great to work with both times I've brought my car in. What impressed me most today did not even involve my vehicle. While waiting for my oil service to be completed, an older gentleman stopped in to inquire about his failing brake lights. They took it back and checked on the bulbs. Came back out and told him it was just burned out bulbs and they had replaced them and he was good to go. When he asked how much he owed for that, he was told nothing but a handshake. That's quality customer service Nik and Carson.

Comment : Techs did great work and kept it quick. The markup on everything was too excessive for me to come back though.
