I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Scott on a couple of occasions. Not only did he greet me the moment he saw me, he also took the time to answer ALL of my automotive worries even though I wasn't necessarily getting those services done at that exact point in time.....and I might add I am a long winded individual, if you let me talk I might not stop, lol. Absolutely polite and indepth with any questions I had. He spoke to me with respect and yet handle every topic with white gloves. I bring ALL of my families vehicles to them and I would recommend Scott's to everyone 10/10 on service, 10/10 on time management and 10/10 on hospitality. I won't go any where else.

Also I'd like to add this has been the FASTEST place to get my state inspection done as well..... in and out.

They do clunkers and exotics, masterpieces and one of of kinds and your vehicle will be cared after with the utmost respect.

Comment : I had a fantastic experience at Scott’s Automotive and Transmission. My car battery died late in the day, and I desperately needed my vehicle for the next morning. With only a couple of hours left before closing, I called and spoke with Judson. He immediately told me to come in and assured me they could help.

When I arrived, Judson quickly checked me in and asked one of the mechanics to swap out my battery. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! The whole team was professional, efficient, and understanding of my urgent situation.

I’m very thankful for Judson and the staff at Scott’s — they went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy, fast, and reliable automotive service.

Comment : Very knowledgeable technicians and good work on my vehicles. I have had great experiences, and my vehicles have been running smoothly. I didn't leave a 5 stars because i think that they could be better with communication and be a little more welcoming towards customers. Additionally, they could also send out an email estimate on repairs when diagnosis are complete , then call in customers to keep them informed. Just an honest feedback but overall great work.

Comment : I’m happy with the repairs that were made. Invoice shows detail lab and parts cost. I requested parking brake shoes to be replaced but they said it was good condition and all was needed was adjustment. I can trust them and will be using them for future service
