Comment : Where do I begin, I come from the car world previously having owned a custom autobody/restoration shop myself and have always had European sport cars: Mercedes, Audi, BMW so I’m very familiar with what to expect, especially being a female in this industry. The owner seriously has himself an awesome team of technicians, mechanics, front staff and shop managers: they DO NOT price gouge or try and overcharge for being a woman, this is a huge problem I’ve encountered since coming to Texas and Scott’s is the first and only place to never do that to me and have always been more than fair and accommodating for the services I’ve needed for both my BMW and my husbands SUV.

Even though they aren’t a “European shop” persay, they do have a BMW master tech that is amazing and is the best I’ve encountered, my car is very high performance, cambered, chipped/tuned and he knows all the ins and out, I’m not sure there is anything he can’t do truthfully.

I cannot stress this enough; they are beyond fair with their pricing and will never price gouge, they produce high quality work and stand behind it. In the car world it’s pretty rare to come across a shop that has the integrity of Scott’s Automotive, and that’s why they have a customer for life from me and my household. I go to them for EVERYTHING and you should too if you want honest, quality and reputable work ☺

Comment : Well our need for Scott's all began on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Failed fans and failing timing belt and water pump made our 2018 Honda Odyssey undependable. We were able to use their Easy to use Online check in and Secure key drop on a Sunday morning and they made personal communication almost immediately that they have us confirmed to look at our concern first thing Tuesday morning. Their pricing was reasonable and their service and communication skills were on point. We will hopefully not have anymore vehicle problems for awhile, but when we do we're heading over to Scott's.
