Comment : Great communication, explanation of issues with vehicle. Even went the extra mile to ride with me to verify everything was fixed. Great shop with knowledgeable staff. Seriously save yourself the run around, if your looking for a good repair shop you found it!

Comment : Scheduled an inspection and they
worked with me to pick up after hours! Also they answered the phone every time I called so they get a 5 star from me!

Edit: to the response, again I asked about a specific item. What does an ignition for this vehicle cost, and what labor would be. A simple the part is about this much and your looking at 2 hours labor at this much an hour, if that's the issue, was all I wanted. I know the car needs an ignition. All I wanted was a ballpark price on parts and labor for that specific service. I really don't think that's unreasonable. If I called and asked for a new battery I'm sure you could give me a price on the battery and labor to install. Same difference to me.'>

Comment : Called to ask for an approximate price on a specific repair, spoke to Greg, who is not winning any awards for the most friendly. He informed me that without a diagnostic test (of $130.00) he can't tell me how much that service might cost. I didn't ask him to tell me what was wrong, or put anything in writing, I just wanted to know if it's in my budget to even possibly get my daughters car fixed. It's funny that the dealer can give me an estimate on what a part, and approximate cost for labor on the issue but they can't.

Comment : I was very happy with their estimate system, and their ability to stick within their estimates. Greg at the front desk was very knowledgeable and cordial, and overall I had a great experience getting two vehicles preventative maintenance done.
