Comment : It took a month to get the entire service completed. No loaner offered. Had to get a rental. Other than that, everything was great.

Comment : Have old Dodge lifetime warranty,had check engine light on fixed came back three times to finally have camshaft replaced. Back again they used old oil control valve on a car with 188000 miles & still waiting for it. No help on rental expenses or apology from management.

Comment : claimed I didn't have an appointment when I did, pushed my work to the back of the queue. Misquoted repair times. Made me miss a day of work. Unhelpful staff claiming I was to blame.

Comment : Poor Communication from Service Advisors and Service Manager. Vehicle was held for 15 days for a service that took 4 hours to complete. Paid $1,000 out of pocket expenses for a 15 day rental car. Plus the cost of totaling $3,400.00

Comment : Brought car in multiple times. The issue is not resolved. The car sits there with no work being done on it. No commication, I have to call to see what's going on after not hearing back for days..call to speak to manager, left message no call back. Call back again finally return call. Over $1000 in car rental bills, waiting to be reimbursed from Jeep. Horrible experience at this dealership.

Comment : Horrible, You bring your car in and it sits there for days, no update, then you pick up your car in a few days later the same issue. You called to speak to the service manager and leave a message and they never call you back.

Comment : Had an appointment on Saturday and didn't have any communication about the issue with my Jeep until Weds of the next week. Took over 2 weeks to complete the work. Inconsistent communication. Would tell me it was almost done then wouldn't hear anything until I followed up with them after 24 hours. Sometimes no response for over 24 hours when I would reach out.
