Comment : SERVICE: I had no appointment on 04/14/2025 for my inspection!

REVIEW: The inspection was finished in 35- 40 minutes timeframe.

SOLUTION: The customer service team was awesome and very professional to allow a customer with no appointment to receive an 2:30pm. appointment after walk-in around 2:00pm. at Telle Tire & Auto Center located in Raytown, Missouri.

Comment : First time coming to this location since it changed ownership. Service was great, prices were fair and they were very honest about what they could and could not do. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was able to drop off my vehicles and they squeezed me in very quickly. Not much more you can ask for I’ll be back for sure.
