Comment : I had such a wonderful experience here. As a grad student at UO they were incredibly understanding and honest, which meant so much to me after a bad experience at another local mechanic. I needed quite a bit of work done on my car, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure or feeling taken advantage of. The pricing was fair, and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend this shop to other college students and women looking for a mechanic they can trust!

Comment : Honest, capable shop. Dropped off my Oldsmobile with a coolant issue, Jiffy Lube told me I had a cracked head gasket and needed a full engine rebuild. Schweitzer did a pressure test and test drive and informed me it was just an air bubble. Topped up my coolant and good to go. A less honorable shop could have made up anything but these are straight shooters. They will always have my business. Huge thank you to the team at Schweitzer's!

Comment : My friend came here to get help and was recommended to them, and when we arrived to pick up her car, the customer service was awful, they weren’t trying to help us whatsoever and the repair guy named Dave was extremely rude, telling us “to move along” and we understand he had other clients to handle and a business to run but their is a way u can be “professional and kind” I’ve worked customer service for years and never went somewhere that talks to their clients like this. Will never come back here again, and do not recommend using them for business.

Comment : The people that run this place are kind, honest, and really listen when you explain what is wrong with your vehicle. This is the 3rd time having them work on my vehicle, and I will never go anywhere else.
