Comment : I’ve leased from Schoner Chevrolet for 25 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. David Chang and the entire team are class acts - professional and never pushy. The service department is the best that you will find anywhere. I’ve driven from Canal Fulton to Hartville all this time because of the service I get at Schoner. Comment : Well run service department. Tristen and Kevin as Service Advisors kept me informed and were very knowledgeable about what was needed regarding the warranty repair. They finished on schedule and we were able to wait in the comfortable customer waiting area. Very clean facility and excellent customer service.

Comment : Over these first two weeks of April, 2025, the fellas in repair and service have done an excellent job on the electrical system of my 2013 Chevy Malibu -- they took extraordinary time and care to discover the problem and to repair it -- then double-checking afterwards to be certain all was well !!!
