I recently had the pleasure of working with David Chang at Schoner Chevy in Hartville, OH, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, David was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a vehicle and guided me through the options without any pressure. David was patient in answering all my questions. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was smooth and efficient, largely thanks to his attention to detail and proactive communication.

Comment : Inquired about purchasing a new 3500 High Country. Initially trying to pay cash but was not able to at advertised price do to finance incentives. Never the less we got a deal done with Trent. I had my son drive me to the dealership and he wanted to ride home with me in the new almost 100k dollar truck. I communicated i would come in the next couple days to pick his car up. I returned to retrieve the car and deal with a APP issue. I was greeted by the service manager with an negative attitude about it wad lucky it wasn't towed. Shortly after loading the car on my trailer the sheriff called and also very negative about why I left my car there and how the owner called to have it removed. So far not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend until they get there communication problems resolved and maybe a little friendlier customer service. Maybe not a big deal to most but I'm not most and wasn't happy.

Comment : SHADY dealership with pushy salesmen who won’t disclose the price of a vehicle and try to get you to fill out credit applications before you even LOOK at it. They line their pockets by advertising a low price and add aftermarket options then charging more than double what they’d be from the factory.

Comment : We had a situation that arose shortly after the purchase of a used vehicle. The staff accommodated our family through the situation making the situation right. Schoner took measures they did not have to take and did things to help our situation they did not need to take. Rest easy knowing when you purchase a vehicle from Schoner Chevy you are dealing with great people! Schoner Chevy had our best interests at hand and I can’t thank them enough for their help!

Comment : We recently purchased a new truck and had the pleasure of working with Trent Tschantz. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. No pressure, just honest guidance and great customer service! We drove from out of state and he made us feel right at home.

We couldn’t be happier with our new truck and the experience. We highly recommend Trent anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Comment : My wife and I had an appointment on a Saturday (5/17/25) to look at a vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Our salesman Trent, had everything ready to go for a test drive, from the moment we arrived. He greeted us both on the showroom floor and had her behind the wheel within minutes. He took the time to go over all of the vehicles various features and functions with her. As well as showing her how to connect her phone to the hands free Bluetooth system. The finance department had us squared away in under 20 minutes. It was honestly one of the most straightforward and easiest vehicle purchases either of us has ever made. I would absolutely recommend stopping in to see Trent for your next vehicle purchase.

The service department is the best that you will find anywhere. I’ve driven from Canal Fulton to Hartville all this time because of the service I get at Schoner. Comment : Purchased a new Truck and was a smooth transition. No pressure so that in itself would make anyone buy from this dealership.
