Comment : 5 Stars isn't enough. Ask for David. David brought a life long dream for me to life. I love my new Equinox. I appreciate that David was upfront, considerate of what I was looking for, patient, in general an amazing guy. Next time I need a new car I will be calling him. Comment : regarding the service department . . . . I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I gave them a 1 star because they were on time. ITold the service desk that I wanted the tires rotated in an "X" pattern like in the manual. I even left the manual on the drivers seat with the page opened and circled. An hour and a half later, service desk guy assured me that he watched the tech rotate my tires . Little did all of them know, I marked my tires. They DID NOT rotate correctly ( for the second time ). I talked to BRANDON , the new service manager. I have never been talked to in such a condescending way. He let me know he used to work at a "LUXURY" dealership ( I think my $70K truck is a luxury vehicle, but I guess he does not think so)and he is at Schoner to get this dealership in order. He was VERY rude to his office coworker and the service department help desk. He asked how he cold make things "right". I asked for my money back. He offered to rotate the tires correctly, after telling me that the service teck "OVER ROTATED" them !!!!!! What does that even mean ??? I again asked for my money back because I do not want them to touch my truck again. he offered me $5 !!! Needless to say , I will not go back there for service again, mostly because of how rude BRANDON is. My reccomendation . . . .go elsewhereregarding the service department . . . . Comment : We were very happy with our salesperson David Chang. He was honest, straightforward and not pushy. He responded quickly to set up a test drive. Very knowledgeable and helpful with questions we had. He was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other salespeople that we've encountered at other dealerships in past purchases.
