Comment : I stopped in on Tuesday to ask if I had get my 2nd of 3 free oil changes at the dealership at which I purchased the car. She said that I did not have too. I scheduled an appointment for Friday that week (today) waited an ENTIRE hour and a half for my car to be serviced. Then I was presented with an $80 bill. I pointed out that she had told me that I could do so when I asked her. She denied saying that. This is the straw that broke the camel's back in regards to my willingness to interact with a GM dealership at any time in the future. The knowledge, accuracy, honesty, and service seem to be severely lacking. Hopefully Nissan will be able to do better.

Comment : Keeping my Yukon in perfect condition for me is high priority. Having subtle noises is difficult but analyzing repairing and doing all of that and keeping it clean and scratch free was my experience. Listening to my concerns is a huge plus from both the counter and Vlad in the garage. This was not a unique situation but common place throughout including parts counter. I do much of my own mechanics so now when I do need help, I actually feel comfortable going to this dealership knowing they are working with me... Yes!

Comment : Great experience at Schoner Chevrolet! Dylan Kamerer helped update my vehicle’s infotainment system and quickly fixed the issues I was having. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!
