Comment : Left car there for many months. I have been calling every few weeks and they say that they are looking at it and it will be done for sure the week after. I just came by after more than 4 months and the car has not been touched at all.

Comment : Took my VW in for an engine knock. I got a quote on replacing the knock sensor. It was outrageous. Then they said there are 2 on the engine. There are NOT 2 knock sensors on this engine. They don't know the basics. Bought the sensor and replaced for $20. OH, and the knock was a rocker arm. So they misdiagnosed my issue to boot.

Comment : They put the wrong transmission fluid in my car. I have a Nissan cvt they put d4. Then told us that the shop we took it to, Nissan, and the warranty inspector were wrong. So all three had no idea what they were talking about? Autohaus is the only place that knows what they're doing i think not. Then said it wasn't their fault. Take your car anywhere but here. Comment : This place is a total joke. We have an extended warranty through carmax. So 4??? months ago I made an appointment online. Drop my vehicle off at the designated time. 3 months later calling to check in on the vehicle they claimed to not know how to get a hold of carmax? How do you have their repair pal logo on your wall but don't know how to get a hold of them? The extended warranty should have covered everything but the air filter. When they called that the vehicle was ready they all of the sudden did get authorization from carmax. $800 is what we had to pay because now they had our car hostage. Here it is just a week later and the car doesn't run now. I wouldn't let them put a bell on my bicycle. Very shady, very horrible. Take your car anywhere else and save your money!!!

Comment : Beware and don t do business! Held my car for 11 weeks and got the runaround countless time! Said they could not do the work after 11 weeks. Had to tow it again because of the lies and disrespect for people! I will be calling the better business bureau to report!
