Comment : These guys did an oil change on my friend's vehicle. The next day there was an oil leak simply because they either accidentally left the old gasket or cross-threaded the filter. She took it back to them to fix and their "diagnosis" was that it already had the leak (it did not) and she needed over $800 worth of service. SMH It was LITERALLY a 5 minute fix but they bickered over it for days before they fixed it. I'll never take anything to them or recommend them. At least not to a woman. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of her!

Comment : Old owners were great, new folks seem incompetent. My truck was there 6 days for rear wheel bearings and a U-joint, ordered the wrong parts twice (u-joint & bearings), and the auto parts store screwed up second order of the bearings. That was frustrating but I know things happen. Drove the truck 5 miles the next day and the rear hub started smoking, my guess is the oil seal/gasket was poorly botched, and the brakes are dragging which created the smoke. Also the chrome wheel cover was not installed properly. Now these clowns wont even answer the phone which has been a reoccurring theme.
