Comment : I recently broke down with my one and only work van near this dealer in Union. So I had it towed to their lot on a Friday. I called them ahead of time, told them the situation in great detail and informed them that my van would be coming to their lot via tow truck. The following week I talk to them, they acted like they had no idea. The van was even there and were completely clueless about the entire situation.They could not give me any kind of an answer of when they would be able to look at it, so I asked them. Can you at least look at it sometime next week to be able to start Diagnosing it? They said they would be able to get to it next week. One week goes by, I never hear anything from them so I call them, with no explanation of why, they just say we haven’t had the chance to get to it yet.. So I say when will you get to it they say we should get it looked at by Tuesday. Thursday arrives and I have not heard anything from them so I go into their shop. They tell me they still have no idea when they would be able to even look at it. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect common courtesy, some degree of professionalism, especially when dealing with a vehicle that is a source of income for a family. I had it towed to the dealership in Washington. They had it diagnosed the next day.
