Comment : First time in 48years a dealership made an impression on me. Spent days looking and driving cars for my son. Kyle at Schicker was wonderful to work with.Kyle knew I had a few cars to look at and didn’t pressure me after I drove his. Two days later it was between two cars. Called Kyle and he beat the price of the other car. Kyle knew I need a car by that date for senior photo shoot the next day. Kyle and his finance guy stayed late that day bc we couldn’t get there before 730. Wow! I know they will do what it takes to sell a car, but to wait for us to drive from STL so we can have the car for the photo shoot ment the world to us. They went out of their way to get us the best deal and the car on time. Great experience.

Comment : Pretty much a complete waste of time nothing was fixed I didn't get the impression nobody really cared and I'm still having problems. I spoke with the service writer after picking up my vehicle let him know I was still having issues he said he would call me back and never has.

Comment : Originally, I gave these guys 3 stars because of the story below. I will now give them a five star rating because of their follow-through integrity that they did not need to do but did anyway.
And wanted to let everybody know that Mike at Schicker Ford did reimburse me for all of my expenses related to my radiator blowing. And the reason they stop responding was an unexpected death in the family. Thank you again.

Made a deal on the motorhome and flew across the country to pick it up and for the most part it was everything they said it was. But I had no idea about the scratching in the paint, and you cannot see it in the pictures. And salesman said he never saw it either. I asked them if they would help me out by getting it buffed back in my home town or reduce the price a little bit. And manager said “that would be like me asking more money for the RV if you came and the rv was nicer then you expected, and that they can’t do anything because they were already losing money on it”
So I asked are you gonna help me out or if it was just gonna be my problem, as I am on the low end of the totem pole beings that I just flew 1500 miles with my family to pick it up. And he said they weren’t gonna do anything. So I said ok and we left with the RV.
Fast-forward four hours. Radiator blew up on the rv and 3 days later I’m almost back on the road to home. Supposedly a squirrel, put some walnuts in the fan shroud and those got thrown up into it. And hear me out not the dealers fault minus they could have gone through and clean that out but who know if they would’ve seen that, However, the dealer did text me to See how the trip was going. After telling them, I was broke down they asked what happened, and I told them and never heard a word again from them again. So I guess follow customer service only wants to follow up on good news not bad?
