Comment : Very difficult to get him to give me a concrete time they just do an oil change. Then he says we don't just do the oil change, we check all the systems. Oh, I see, as a "favor" to me. I had a coupon, and he told me they actually lose money that way. REALLY? Why have a coupon.....Then I know why they do that.....he pressure me spend 3500 on all the things that need repair. I will never go back there, and would not recommend.

Comment : Total scammers and liars. I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to them for service or repairs. They tried to scam my sister by claiming a part being replaced would need programming when in fact it does not. This claim would have added additional cost to work that would have been non existent. Please don't use this company or any affiliate of them.

Comment : This company tried scamming my sister by claiming she needed to program a part they would have installed had I not stepped in. This would have added additional cost for a service that wouldn't have been done. When confronted by this they stood by their claim and denied any wrong doing. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Comment : I can't say enough good things about Total True Automotive FM 1103!

While traveling, I noticed some strange sounds coming from my vehicle and stopped in an unfamiliar town, not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered—from the customer service representatives to the mechanic and management team—was professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient.

They kept me informed throughout every step of the process, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away from home. They offered us coffee and water, maintained clean restrooms, and even offered us a ride back up to the highway to the nearby coffee shop and fast food restaurants.

What really impressed me was how prepared and organized they were. My vehicle was put on the lift, the old parts were removed, so that when the necessary parts arrived, they immediately got to work.

When you're traveling and unexpectedly need automotive repairs, finding a shop you can trust can be stressful. I'm so grateful that I happened to find this locally owned business. The entire team treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

I highly recommend Total True Automotive FM 1103 to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and customer-focused automotive service. They truly went above and beyond!

Comment : It's never convenient when you need engine work done, but when it happens out of town it's even more of a headache. I needed work done to get my car running and the team at Total True diagnosed the issue, explained the costs, and got to work right away. They even got me a ride home since I had to leave my car overnight. The work was done quickly and I got my car back the next day. I didn't feel pressured or guilted into addressing everything all at once, they just showed me the breakdown of work that was overdue or could help my car run more efficiently and when I told them my financial constraints they were understanding and honest about what my immediate concerns were to get me back on the road safely. I appreciated that so much as money is tight for so many of us these days. I had a great experience here and will be sharing my experience with my coworkers who live locally. Vicky at the front desk is such a warm, genuine person and she put my mind at ease during a stressful time.

Comment : They do good, honest work. They had the opportunity to charge me a lot of money when I was sure I had a specific problem but instead they told me the real problem and gave me advice on how to fix it myself for very cheap. They also got me in same day for a complimentary tire patch!

Comment : Took vehicle in for front alignment. they also noted a defective tire. alignment completed and vehicle now drive as it should.
