Comment : I am pleased with this automotive center. The office was clean & organized. The front desk representative, Nick was amazing. When I entered, he immediately greeted me with a huge smile. Nick has a kind & gentle spirit. He continuously updated me on the status of my vehicle & explained each preventive maintenance jobs to consider. He didn’t push me to decide, but patiently answered my many questions. Afterwards, I even had a little gift (hot wheel toy) waiting for me in my vehicle 😊 However, they are a little pricey…but with all the perks they provide, that’s to be expected. Nonetheless, you leave “knowing” they’ve taken care of your vehicle; thank you TotalTrue!
