Comment : I recently had my Jeep serviced and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. They took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was experiencing and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—no pressure, no confusion.

The service itself was top-notch. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency throughout the process. They kept me updated, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made.

It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop definitely earned my confidence. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service with great customer care, I highly recommend giving them a visit. I’ll absolutely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs.

Comment : Unfortunately, on 4/13/2026 Total True (Napa Auto) located on FM 1103 tried to price gouge me on labor costs for my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 2-wheel drive. This is typical with the big chain repair garages (Christian Brothers included). They wanted to charge me $2,189 to replace two motor mounts, and $1,176 to replace the rack & pinion unit due to a power steering leak, a total of $3,365. I declined their estimate. I did some research on actual labor costs, and I also found an independent (5-star) mechanic in the area. My new mechanic replaced the motor mounts for $820 including parts. He also said the rack & pinion was fine and merely a high side pressure line leak that would only cost $100 to replace. He did a high-quality repair job for both items with warranty for $920, saving me $2,445!!! Not only did Total True misdiagnose the power steering leak, but they also tried to rob me blind! It is worth doing a little research to save yourself thousands of dollars. Beware of Total True! **Footnote** - **The front desk lady named Kayla was very polite and helpful**.

Comment : Mrs. Vicky took in my Mom's 2015 Chevy Tahoe and the Tech's fixed the issue of another "mobile mechanic". Fair pricing, kept me updated the whole time, would recommend this shop to anybody in the Cibolo area without hesitation! 5/5!
