Comment : I took my 2012 RAV4 here for a second opinion after AAMCO quoted me $12,000. Chris Mertz (service advisor) and Justin J (technician) did a full 25-page bumper to bumper inspection. Chris was straight with me about everything. There was no upselling, no scare tactics, and they waived the diagnostic fee for me Chris knows these RAV4s inside and out (called out the 4-speed transmission issues from experience) and quoted me $4,500-5 for the work. Told me my car still has 1-3 years left in it and my car has 234k miles on the dash. Most honest shop experience I've visited.

Comment : Got brought here by AAA after my car threw up a bunch of codes out of nowhere. I'm not from the area and was visiting my family and needed my car taken care of so I could go home. These guys were professional, and informative, and the prices were as expected. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on extra services I didn't have to have to get home, but they did recommend some maintenance I should do once I get back to Austin. They started on my car at open and got everything done before end of business. They also offer payment plans through Affirm which is really nice when unexpected car issues arrive.

Comment : I signed up for the White Gloves service on my 2018 Tahoe. It was a very pleasant experience from the time I checked in for my appointment and when I was ready to go home. The service advisor went over all the details of the service and advised me on some potential future services that I should consider, considering the number of miles on the vehicle. It took a little over an hour to complete the entire oil change and checkup. They offered me a ride home, but I decided to stay.
I definitely will be returning there!!

Comment : I had an outstanding experience with Sav Mor Automotive! I brought in my 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.0 for a suspension upgrade level with Bilstein 6112s up front and 5100s in the rear, brake rotor replacement due to glazing, and mounting and balancing new tires.

The difference in ride quality is incredible! The truck rides amazing, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

What really stood out was the team's professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. They walked me through the entire process, explained everything in detail, and took the time to answer every question I had. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right.

It's hard to find a shop that combines quality workmanship with this level of customer service. I highly recommend Sav Mor Automotive to anyone looking for suspension work, upgrades, or general automotive services. I'll definitely be returning for future work!

Comment : Chris and the rest of the Sav-Mor team took care of me and my repairs on my F150 Roush the last couple months including couple warranty claims that have my truck back and better than it was when I rolled off the dealership. Nothing but great communication through the whole process. Some repairs are pricey however with respect due the company also insures all repairs with a 30,000 mile warranty. Thank you guys again !

Comment : When I tell you, this shop has been this close to me in distance majority of my life & I JUST started working with them within these past 2 months! Not only did they do a great job on my oil change with the “White Glove Package,” they also provided me my very 1st digital health inspection on my car! I've never received one of those ever in my driving days & it was so much detail (PDF + Paper Copy) Also, 1st warranty claim I've ever had to handle & when I tell ya'll.. I got my car back in less than a week!! I was so elated by the knowledge, time efficiency, & service they provided for “Lily!” I definitely recommend them & will definitely be getting more work done with them! I appreciate the whole team!
