Comment : Sav-Mor replaced the back breaks on my Nissan Murano. They did a great job and everyone was polite and great to work with. The didn?t try to up sale us by saying we needed a bunch of other work and told us we only needed to replace the back brakes. We will be using them for all our vehicle repairs.

Comment : I needed a state inspection for a new car. They handled it professionally and without issue. I was in/out without any upselling(which is fine for an auto place but I still appreciate not bombarding me with it) and they were extremely polite.

Will take my car here in the future.

Comment : Best auto shop in all of DFW!! These guys are very honest and show pictures so you can have confidence its the actual repairs you need. They even can sometimes call salvage yards to get you better deals on parts sometimes. Best customer service also. I really appreciate this honest and very knowledgeable auto shop!

Comment : The Technician?s here are absolutely amazing and second to none! I trust them to do work on all four of my vehicles and they have not disappointed! My vehicles runs tight and smoothly. The staff are friendly and polite and helpful! I don?t allow anyone else to work on my vehicles but these guys! They are most definitely five stars!!!

Comment : I had the worst experience at Sav-Mor Automotive. I came in knowing exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, but they still insisted on charging a diagnostic fee, which felt completely unnecessary and like a way to squeeze extra money out of customers.

On top of that, they tried to charge me around $1,000 for a battery replacement and a new alternator?an outrageous price for a job that shouldn?t cost nearly that much. It felt dishonest and overpriced, and I couldn?t trust the recommendations they were giving me.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair pricing or honest service. Great customer service but bad pricing!
