Comment : I had a flat and was stuck on the side of the road. Santos Tire sent a tow truck and towed me to their shop. They had a replacement tire, and although it was not the exact size, they replaced the tire, and I was back on the road within an hour. Highly recommended.

Comment : 1 STAR — AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

Never take your vehicle here. My vehicle went into this shop for service and came back WORSE than when I brought it in — and they NEVER properly fixed it. Somehow, after making the situation worse, they still had the nerve to ask me for additional money.

To make matters worse, my vehicle was in their shop for multiple weeks, and throughout that time they repeatedly failed to provide meaningful updates on the status of the repair. I should not have to chase down a repair shop just to find out what is happening with my own vehicle after it has been sitting there for weeks. The lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable.

The entire experience was absolutely outlandish. It got to the point where I had to order a tow truck, leave a furious phone call, and physically show up at the shop just to get them to take the situation seriously. Only then did they offer to fix the vehicle for free. At that point, the trust was already gone.

Think about that: weeks without proper updates, I paid a professional repair shop to fix my car, got it back in worse condition, was asked to pay even more money, and STILL walked away without the vehicle being properly fixed.

I strongly recommend PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD if you decide to risk bringing your vehicle here, because you may need the ability to dispute the charges. Keep every receipt, invoice, message, and piece of documentation.

I have absolutely ZERO confidence in this shop after this experience. Getting your vehicle repaired is already stressful enough without having to fight for updates, fight to get your vehicle addressed, and then deal with additional problems after paying for a repair.

Save yourself the headache, the money, the towing hassle, the wasted weeks, and the frustration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would never trust this shop with another vehicle.

Comment : Two vehicles serviced in March and April. Had to bring both back within 2 months of service. 195 diagnostic fee is ridiculous and the warranty is a joke.
