Comment : Robbie was amazing!  He called me first thing this morning to help my son trade in his old car and get into his first car financed on his own.  I was so happy not to have to haggle on price . Robbie is very easy to work with and helped speed the process along for us which was great!  We plan on coming back here to work with Robbie and Ford.  We are a Ford family and enjoyed our experience at Rancho Santa Margarita!

Comment : Just purchased an expedition from sm ford and am very delighted. Michael, the new guy from chicago helped my wife and I out and we appreciate him very much, as well as the rest of the team. I literally locked all three keys in the car within 2 hours of buying the car trying to set up a new code for the keyless entry and calls right before closing on Sunday and R.C. was able to run the VIN and get the stock code. I literally just waxed my beautiful new car, I was three beers deep and the car was parked half in and out of my garage... So I appreciate the help and the new car, and the trade in, and the service department for help on my other ford's.

Comment : The tough part was deciding which make and model of pickup I wanted to buy. Once I landed on a Ford Raptor, choosing the dealership was easy! I have heard so many great things about Santa Margarita Ford over the last 20+ years that I knew this was the only place to go.

Sales manager Jason Saling, Finance Manager Dave Franco and Sales Rep Skye Saab treated me like a king, were very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. The team that the Graham family has assembled here is so impressive. In the high-turnover auto dealer industry, people come to work at Santa Margarita Ford and stay! Most I met have been with the store 10 to 30 years! Impressive! That means the same person will be there to help you throughout your ownership experience!
