Comment : The service manager was honest and straightforward with me. My only disappointment was that after a long wait the Nissan Company still has not provided the required part needed to effect a repair. In addition, the manager gets no updates from the Company. The part just shows up whenever. I understand that it’s not an off the shelf part but is an expected ship date too much to expect.

Comment : 100,000 service. besides normal lube and oil/filter change, replaced spark plugs and worn belt. or inspection system works great.

Comment : I have used Nissan service for years and this is the first time that it felt like decades-past Jiffy Lube experiences. I felt services for my 25k mileage car were being suggested as needed with the full intent to sell extra services. Three were offered equally an additional $500. I approved of an alignment wanting to get the most life out of my tires. I expected to read that there was concerning wear since my last visit to warrant this recommendation, nothing noted. Has the service/business model changed to incentivize services by offering commission? I was called and told how long my additional service would take. I was dropped off early because I was in the area, and then waited an additional 30-45 minutes on top of the completion time given. That was annoying but easily ignored. The response I was given is that the weather set them back. My biggest annoyance is that I just recently recommended a young female buy from Nissan SB because I have loved all my Rogues but mostly because she would be safe from this exact situation and feeling. Females are magnets for predatory service sales. My unusual less-than-stellar review is all about the creepy feeling I had leaving your business.
