Comment : The employees here were super helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. Traveling through late on Friday evening, our vehicle was having issues. We called them just before closing to see if they could help us. They told us they would stay late to see if they could get us back on the road. A short time later we were taken care of and back on the road. A big thank you to Mark and Ryan in the service department!!

Comment : While on vacation, the batteries went bad on our truck. We tow a 5th wheel camper. It was a Friday and we were scheduled to leave on Sunday. Called Sandy Sansing Chevrolet and was told it would be Monday before it could be looked at. Got the truck jumped started and drove to the dealership anyway. Pled our dilemma to Mark Bensinger who got us in right away. We were prepared to pay for 2 batteries and hoped it wasn't more of a problem. Mark called us back later and explained that he took the liberty to check if we were still under bumper to bumper warranty. As luck would have it our truck was still covered, 2024 with less than 27000 miles. We had no idea batteries would be covered but they were. Both batteries replaced and all the codes cleared and done in a timely manner. No cost to us. Big thanks to Mark for helping us out when we were in a big bind, vacation saved, and home as planned! We will be going back to Foley a lot and know that we can count on Mark and Sandy Sansing Chevrolet, and possibly buying our next truck there.

Comment : I have to give credit where it’s due: Greg Norris, our service manager, was responsive and helpful getting our out-of-town repair scheduled on short notice. That part was handled very well while we were in town.

However, the repair itself was not. Sandy Sansing Chevrolet diagnosed our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali’s power steering problem as needing a new wiring harness. After a $200 diagnosis fee and over $800 in parts and labor, we were told it was fixed. It immediately failed again within an hour.

Granted, the truck has higher mileage, but with all their GM scanners and being part of the GM family, this should not have been an issue. We’ve now contacted them multiple times (phone calls + repeated emails through the dealership website) since April 9th with zero response whatsoever.

We are requesting, at minimum, a partial refund: full return of the $200 diagnostic fee plus a significant credit/refund on the wiring harness (at their cost, since the part is still installed in my vehicle) and labor, as the repair did not resolve the issue. But we can’t even get a return call.

When a dealership charges for a repair that doesn’t fix the problem — especially a safety-related system like power steering — and then completely ghosts the customer, it leaves a very bad impression. Hoping management will address this soon.

Comment : Horrible. ?I can't give a 0 or I would. I was literally refused service, passed around, and heard employees snickering over the phone and one say "i dont want to work with her." Im happy to take my business to someone that wants to do their job.

Comment : Can?t say enough good words about Sandy Sansing Chevrolet and their Service Advisor, Mark Bensinger. We had just arrived in town to watch our granddaughter play in a volleyball tournament. My 3500 Duramax gave me the dreaded message that I was power limited and my speed would be capped in 165 miles. The truck began to run very rough. I got to the service department in the late afternoon. Mark ran a diagnostic and indicated I had a problem with a fuel injector. At the time he was unsure about the complete analysis, parts availability and time required to repair. The shop was extremely busy and he asked me to leave the truck over night and would try to get a complete diagnostic done in the morning.. Long story short, after the diagnostic inspection he found parts needed in stock and from another dealer. They got my truck in the shop and had it repaired and running great by that afternoon. The No.4 fuel injector and connector were found defective and replaced. Mark kept me undated by phone throughout the repair process. What initially looked like a possible multi day breakdown was completed in 24 hours! Allowed us to keep our commitment to our granddaughter. Many thanks to Mark and the service team for getting me back up and running in a short time. BTW I was 180 miles from my home dealer and needing to pull my fifth wheel RV home after the tournament.
