Comment : Honest group of guys. I went to have brakes installed because the dealer said I needed them. They did and inspection and told me my brakes were not needed at the time and did a 13 point inspections for the car. Very knowledgeable I what they do. I will be a returning customer.

Comment : Provided a thorough inspection and assessment and rates items as red, yellow or green in order to prioritize repairs. They are flexible and easy to work with. I have been taking my vehicles to another place past couple years for my convenience, and I am so glad to get my vehicles back with these gentlemen. .

Comment : Called twice to confirm the could work on my bmw even described the issue and they say they can work on it and to tow it there so I did but when I get there they say they can?t work on it because it?s a bmw and has to go to the dealership they wasted my money towing a car there confident they could fix it but then turned me away after spending my money and they never even looked at my car

Comment : Best mechanic ever. The first time I went to them it was a major job but they were honest and fair and even told me of some things I may want to consider to fix in the future. The second time I went to them they couldn't fix what was wrong so they didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic. I will always take my cars to them.

Comment : I brought a car in for a steering diagnosis (a second opinion on a previous repair). I elected to not have the service done, but regardless, they were very friendly and professional. Diag fee was reasonable and communication was excellent! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend and will visit again. I was an auto center manager for 10+ years, and I hope all of my customers left my shop feeling the same way I felt leaving theirs.

Comment : I brought my car here after my air conditioning stopped working and paid over $3,000 to have it repaired. I was told the system would be completely new ?like it was right off the line? as the mechanic stated.

Unfortunately, that hasn?t been my experience. Since the repair, the air conditioning makes a loud whistling noise about every 20 seconds. I brought the car back under warranty, and the shop kept it for over a month with very limited communication, sometimes taking a week to respond.
When I finally got the car back, the noise was still there. I was told there was nothing they could do because the system technically ?blows cold air,? which is all they guaranteed. They even made a joke that I should turn the car radio up so I don?t have to listen to it. Which would be funny had that not been their actual solution. I later took my car to Hugh white Honda and the technician laughed at how much I was charged.

At this point, the air conditioning is practically unusable due to the constant noise. This shops mission statement includes ?If our name is on it, it?s done right. We hold ourselves to high standards? and that has not been the case considering I am out $3,000+ and a car that is practically unusable.
