Comment : Auto Service Experts squeezed me in for a last minute pre-purchase inspection. They were honest and timely and very kind! They also gave me pointers on how to discuss repairs with the dealership and what businesses were nearby for us to check out while we waited. They went above and beyond the service I paid for.

Comment : Took our Jeep Renegade in a while back because the AC had a leak. I informed the shop that I had recharged it a week prior and the AC worked for that week, but then it started blowing out hot air again.

They checked it out, called me and said it was good to go. They recharged the system and said there were no leaks.

A week later, it was empty again, so I called them and they had me bring it back in. This time they said they found a leak. They said they could replace the part, which I would have been ok with but I wasn't ok with them wanting me to pay to have it recharged again. I asked them why they didn't find it before when I brought it in the first time, and they said that they "did the wrong test" to check for leaks. I didn't understand why I would have to pay the price for them not doing the correct test the first time. It's unfortunate because had they made it right and waived that charge, I would probably still be going there.

Comment : I called and got my car serviced the same day, they even provided me a ride home. I also was allowed to review and select which services that I wanted repaired. The customer service was great.
