Comment : Super rude costumer service. They told me to pay for air and when I came inside to tell them it wasn't working  they said did you pay. I said yes and they oh yeah well it's not working. And I told them they should leave a note for costumers and the guy said you don't need to come to this gas station get out.

Comment : Nothing you can really do about the gas prices.  This is a convenient location when coming off the freeway. Pumps always work. Usually not very busy, no waiting.

Comment : Ana the cashier was super rude and mumbled no bathroom in her bad English. Should be fired immediately - even for a gas station attendant, just the epitome of incompetence. Ultimately will lose a bunch of customers just based on this one cashier. Business owner - get rid of "Ana".

Comment : The reason for the one star is simply because they charge everybody for air we put $79 in gas and he still wanna chargers for air for the tire will never return there they don't care about their patrons patrons

Comment : First off the cashier was extremely rude to me. Wouldn't even look at me and just kept saying "bathroom not working". We're traveling as I come in with my 2 yr old I'm told there's no bathroom. How in the hell does a gas station by the freeway not have a working bathroom??
The one across the street also didn't have a "working bathroom" so I at that point knew there's no way. If you have issues with your bathroom being misused, get a key. So that when travelers are coming through I don't have to run to three places just to get my toddler to a toilet. I understand things happen but when you can't even let me use an employee bathroom, or even speak to me nicely and look at me in the face.. then I'm frustrated.

Comment : Lost my credit card here, and the lady at the front was very kind and helpful in helping me find it!! Other than that, it was very clean and just a solid place with a good location to get gas.

Comment : Been there twice this weekend, in both occasions non of the employees wore face mask or any kind of ppe. As we go through this pandemic it's not just a requirement but also shows a lack of respect for clients and their community on general

Comment : Just off the freeway so its Quick, Easy, Convenient. All the times I have been here, every pump has worked and are always stocked with receipt paper so I have not had to hike into the store to get a receipt.

Its also not a super busy exit like Ortega Highway exit which can get crazy at rush hour with residents from Rancho Mission Viejo area.
