Comment : I live in Richmond ca and it’s a drag to go to oakland or Richmond dealership. This dealership (Sf) was very professional. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable and customer service was greaT. I rather service my car here instead of going nearby home

Comment : I dropped my car off at 10:45 am and picked up my car at 2:30 pm. I was told it would take 1hr and 45 minutes - I called twice and left messages for Tony Wong - he never returned my called and never updated on my car. I just decided to show up at the dealership hoping it would be ready - when I got there no one could find Tony - I finally got my car and Tony never spoke to me - I will never bring my car back again - very disappointed with the lack of service -
