Comment : When they told me on the phone that it would cost $400 to have a plate installed to protect the catalytic converter, it would have been nice if they had told me then that I might have to pay an additional $100, if my car lacked the bracket to attach the plate. I did end up having to pay a total of $500, which was an unpleasant surprise.
