Comment : I asked for an estimate on a repair in addition to my regular service. I was told that the service would take an hour - I waited and after 1 hour and 45 minutes I asked the cashier if there was a way to check on progress. A few minutes later it was finished - the regular service done but no mention of the other repair. A different advisor checked and got me an estimate for the repair in the future.
