He was friendly and professional. He even informed me about the Toyota maintenance plan which I didn't know about and signed up for. I was able to have my car towed in on a Saturday with no appointment to be repaired. Was updated of everything regarding issues with my car, estimated time when it would be done. Even sent a Lyft to get me back to the repair facility when my car was finished.
