His answer was that it is normal, nothing wrong with the car. He explained the process for getting my window fixed, and even after we chatted about the timeline for repair, he called me to give me real time updates. I was trying to be optimistic that given weather and other things that I wouldn't have my car for a whole week, but Adrian let me know that I'd have my car back sooner than expected! YAY! He was courteous, friendly, informative and abundantly accommodating! The experience was everything I hoped for in customer service at Toyota. Thank you Adrian! I wish to give him a personal shout out for everything. Having one's window broken into from vandalism is always a crappy thing, but Adrian was so friendly and accommodating with transportation arrangements to/from my house back to Toyota's service dept, that I was not as mad about the cost of the repair, even though it was less than my deductible so insurance wouldn't cover it. You should remove the option to have a car rental for you from the app if it really doesn’t mean you can get a car. It’s pointless and misleading. Other than that, the service was great.
