Comment : I got a flat tire and bought a new tire. After the fact I was informed that I should have asked about warranty because there was less than 50000 miles on the tire. I’m not sure if true.

Comment : The service center's address should be indicated in the appt confirmations. On the website when looking for the nearest servicing location 3800 Geary pops up first, so I selected "Schedule Service" for this address. When continuing, I only see "Book at Geary Location or Van Ness Location" I selected the Geary Location. Neither my text or email confirmation indicated an address for the appointment. I assumed my appointment was at 3800 Geary only to find I was at the wrong location. The salesperson inside was kind enough to show me where I was supposed to be, 4099 Geary. It was a minor inconvenience, but one that can be easily avoided. I went through the whole process of booking again to try and find 4099 somewhere along the way. The only place I saw the different Geary address was on the "Schedule Your Service Appointment Online 24/7" page and the address looks like a pop up ad banner that you're supposed to scroll past. So that also may be worth changing.

Comment : I wish they could provide Complimentary car wash, like the ads in the flyer. I have visited twice in a row but received no car wash. If you can't provide such service, then please stop sending me the flyer. It's a false promise.

Comment : Richard did a good job and was able to accommodate the timing of me having my new born with me. You should remove the option to have a car rental for you from the app if it really doesn’t mean you can get a car. It’s pointless and misleading. Other than that, the service was great.
