Comment : **Terrible experience and lack of honesty** My experience with Sames Kia Laredo was truly terrible. Supposedly, their mechanics had already fixed the battery issue on my Kia Carnival, but when they transported the van to Houston to deliver it to me, it simply did not work at all. As of today, my vehicle is still sitting at the Houston dealership because they haven't even been able to figure out what the actual problem is. The worst part of this whole situation is that Sames Kia Laredo assured me the van was running perfectly. Simply put, they lied to me. Denisse Sanchez service manager and she lied to me directly. It is obvious that they do not have good technicians or trained staff to do their job, and they would rather lie to the customer than provide a real solution. A complete lack of professionalism; I do not recommend this place at all.

Comment : I've been taking my car to Kia Dealership Service Department for 3 years for regular maintenance. They are always professional, honest, and efficient. Joel does a great job of explaining what is necessary now versus what can wait, which I really appreciate. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
