Comment : 3 days in the shop for a transmission diagnostic. Not repairs, diagnostic. Tried contacting the service advisor that was appointed to me and he would call me back till after 3:30 pm. Almost at the end of the day. I mentioned to him in the first day, communicate with me. I understand you're busy but at least answer a phone call. In one ear and out another. This review was sent to me, and my truck is still at the shop, not looked at .

Comment : 2nd time taking it in for battery issue but finally figured out what it was. Hopefully, issues don't come up again. So far I have had good service from everyone there. No complaints so far.

Comment : Very professional and courteous did a thorough job of inspecting my truck and addressing all of the issues got my service done by the next morning. Definitely a little pricey if you're not in a hurry or you have time to shop around might be a good idea.
