Comment : Best experience I've had since I've been taking my vehicle to get serviced. The person who came showed up on time did all the things my service plan is supposed to be. Topped off all liquids made some recommendations on filters replacement. If I would have know about this from the start I would have been scheduling my services like this.

Comment : 3 days in the shop for a transmission diagnostic. Not repairs, diagnostic. Tried contacting the service advisor that was appointed to me and he would call me back till after 3:30 pm. Almost at the end of the day. I mentioned to him in the first day, communicate with me. I understand you're busy but at least answer a phone call. In one ear and out another. This review was sent to me, and my truck is still at the shop, not looked at .

Comment : 2nd time taking it in for battery issue but finally figured out what it was. Hopefully, issues don't come up again. So far I have had good service from everyone there. No complaints so far.

Comment : Very professional and courteous did a thorough job of inspecting my truck and addressing all of the issues got my service done by the next morning. Definitely a little pricey if you're not in a hurry or you have time to shop around might be a good idea.

Comment : My experience at Sames was great. I took my expedition for 2 recalls. I was out within two hours.
