Comment : I'm sharing my bad experience with this dealership. I bought a vehicle and sold it a few months later. At another dealership, I canceled a warranty with them, and it's been over five months, and they still haven't responded regarding the refund they owe me. Every time I call, they never give me an answer about it.

Comment : Jeep provides an allowed range of pricing for parts. Sames charged me the highest dollar amount possible to the exact dollar, then double charged my labor, and skipped multiple things they said they would do. I feel totally taken advantage of and will never return as a customer in any way

Comment : A lot has changed in this service dept, for the better. I was taken care of in a timely manner. The service staff was excellent. The Service Manager helped out and was awesome! Best experience I've ever had at this dealership

Comment : Excellent service, left my jeep clean and without issues. Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend Sames to maintain your vehicle. Significantly better than Nyle Maxwell did for the last oil service. Which left my jeep dripping oil, requiring my husband to have to pressure wash the underside to avoid ruining the driveway and covering the underside with oil.

Comment : I recently went here to get my car fixed because it was overheating. They performed a diagnostic, told me what was wrong, and wanted to charge me 800$ for the work that they did even tho the problem persisted. Then told me that the problem could be something else they wanted to charge me more on topof the work they did so the work they did was basically for nothing. I had to pay regardless of the fact that the car wasn't fixed, and also gave me a bad part I am very disappointed. I Wouldn't recommend going here to get your vehicle fixed.
